Über mich
Ich bin Claudia Perronace – Diplom-Pädagogin, M.Sc. Personal- und Kommunikationspsychologie (Masterarbeit Note 1,0) und zertifizierte systemische Business Coach. Meine Arbeit verbindet wissenschaftliche Fundierung mit über zehn Jahren disziplinarischer Führungserfahrung in komplexen Medienorganisationen (Constantin Film, UFA).
Heute arbeite ich als Dozentin für Organisationspsychologie & Leadership an der FHM Bielefeld, als Business Coach und als berufene Prüferin der IHK Köln. Was mich antreibt: Menschen und Organisationen in ihrer Entwicklung wirklich weiterzubringen – nicht mit Standardlösungen, sondern mit maßgeschneiderten Formaten.
